1. Parties and application
“Shanchie”, “we” and “us” mean Shanchie FX Corp, a Montana corporation, at 1001 S Main St, STE 500, Kalispell, MT 59901, United States. “You” means the website visitor or, where a service agreement expressly incorporates these terms, the customer named in that agreement. Website provisions apply to use of this site. The service provisions below apply only where expressly incorporated into a service agreement identifying Shanchie FX Corp as the provider.
2. Contract formation and priority
Browsing this site or submitting an enquiry does not open an account, transfer funds or constitute acceptance of a financial-service agreement. A service relationship requires the applicable onboarding and agreement process. Mandatory law takes priority; next, any expressly agreed service-specific terms and transaction disclosures; then these general terms. No provision here retroactively changes an existing contract or substitutes Shanchie for a different provider.
3. Eligibility and authority
Service access depends on the customer category, jurisdictions, products and currencies approved in the relevant agreement. An individual acting for a business must have legal capacity and authority to bind it. Complete required checks and provide accurate information about identity, ownership, business activity, funding and intended use. We may decline an application where eligibility or verification requirements are not met. Availability of a website or currency does not itself establish regulatory eligibility.
4. Verification and ongoing information
Where required for the service, we may request identification, ownership information, source-of-funds evidence, bank information and transaction purpose. Keep information current and respond to reasonable verification requests. Checks may involve relevant verification providers or public records as permitted by law. An application or transaction may be held, restricted or declined while necessary checks are completed.
5. Accounts and authorised instructions
If a service provides account access, safeguard credentials and authentication devices, maintain current contact details and promptly report suspected compromise. Submit instructions only through an approved channel and within your authority. Account access does not authorise use of another person’s funding instrument. Responsibility for unauthorised activity is determined under applicable law and the relevant agreement, not solely by use of a password.
6. Funding and payment authorisation
Use only the funding methods and accounts approved for your service. Any debit authorisation must identify its scope and meet applicable requirements; these terms alone do not authorise recurring debits or unlimited retries. Processing may require cleared funds. Reversed or disputed funding will be handled under the applicable agreement and law; do not fund a replacement transaction without checking whether the original remains active.
7. Rates, fees and transaction review
Before accepting a transaction, review the amount sent, payout currency and amount, exchange rate, disclosed fees, recipient details and applicable timing information. A quote is valid only for the period and conditions stated with it. We will provide applicable disclosures concerning third-party charges and exchange-rate margins. Fees depend on the service and the transaction.
8. Submission and acceptance
Submitting a payment instruction requests processing; acceptance and execution occur as specified in the service agreement. Check names, account identifiers, destination and payment references carefully before submitting. Report an error immediately. We will apply any correction or recovery process required by law; recovery from an incorrect recipient cannot otherwise be guaranteed.
9. Processing, limits and status
Processing depends on verification, receipt of funds, banking hours, local holidays, payment networks and the destination. Estimated processing times do not replace an availability date required by law or expressly agreed for your transaction. Limits may apply to a customer or transaction for legal, security or operational reasons. If a transaction is delayed, use the designated support channel and reference number rather than submitting a duplicate.
10. Recipients and delivery
Delivery arrangements depend on the selected service and recipient institution. Additional recipient verification may be necessary. A recipient’s institution may reject or return a payment for incomplete details, account restrictions or legal reasons. Any return, reprocessing or correction is subject to the relevant agreement and mandatory rights. Use the transaction record to determine the instructed amount and destination.
11. Cancellation and amendments
Request cancellation or amendment promptly through the contact channel specified for the transaction. Include the transaction reference and enough information to identify the instruction. We will honour any cancellation right required by applicable law or agreed terms. Outside those rights, stopping or changing a payment depends on its processing stage and whether it can be recalled. Completion does not extinguish separate error-resolution or unauthorised-payment rights.
12. Refunds and failed payments
Where a refund is due, the amount, any lawful deductions, exchange-rate treatment, payment method and deadline are determined by applicable law and the service agreement. Any deduction must be authorised by the applicable agreement and permitted by law. Required identity and funding checks may apply to prevent misdirected refunds. A failed or rejected transfer does not remove an obligation to account for funds. Contact support if a refund is not received within the stated period.
13. Errors and unauthorised transactions
Report an incorrect amount, missing payment, duplicate transaction, suspected unauthorised instruction or other error promptly. Provide the reference, dates, amount and explanation, without disclosing credentials. We will investigate and provide any correction, reimbursement, information and notices required by applicable law or the agreement. These terms do not shorten a statutory notification period or require completion of an informal complaint before exercising a statutory right.
14. Prohibited use and compliance restrictions
Do not use a service for fraud, laundering criminal proceeds, financing terrorism, evading sanctions, submitting false information, or other unlawful activity. Product-specific restrictions may also apply where disclosed in the agreement. We may restrict or refuse activity where legally required or reasonably necessary to address misuse or a material risk, subject to applicable law. Some reasons and reporting details cannot legally be disclosed.
15. Partners and funds handling
Financial institutions, payment networks or other providers may participate in a transaction. Their involvement does not automatically remove a responsibility owed by Shanchie under law or contract. Funds-handling arrangements and any applicable protections are set out in the relevant service documentation. Refer to those disclosures for the treatment of funds and any custody, safeguarding or insurance arrangements.
16. Suspension and closure
Access may be suspended or ended as allowed by the agreement and law, including for unmet verification requirements, prohibited activity or material breach. Where permitted, we will explain relevant steps and outstanding matters. Closure does not forfeit funds lawfully due to you or remove accrued claims; outstanding transactions, lawful restrictions, refunds and record retention must still be handled appropriately.
17. Communications and privacy
Keep your communication details up to date and retain transaction records and notices. Where electronic consent is required, we will request it through the applicable service process. Privacy information is set out in our Privacy Policy and any additional applicable service notice. Marketing choices are separate from essential service communications.
18. Website content and external resources
Use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Content and branding may belong to Shanchie or other right holders; no commercial reuse or trademark licence is granted merely by access. External links have their own terms and privacy practices. General website information is not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
19. Responsibility and events beyond control
Liability is determined by applicable law and any valid service-specific agreement. Neither an interruption nor involvement of another provider automatically excludes liability. Events outside reasonable control may affect performance, but do not remove mandatory notification, refund or other duties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable responsibility for fraud or wilful misconduct.
20. Complaints, law and remedies
Raise concerns using our Complaints Policy. Applicable US federal law and Montana law govern these general terms to the extent legally permitted, without excluding mandatory protections in another relevant jurisdiction. These terms create no compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive court venue. Separate valid agreements and statutory remedies remain applicable.
21. Changes and general provisions
Changes will be identified by a published revision and effective date, with notice or consent where required. Updates do not retroactively alter completed transactions or override existing service-agreement procedures. Unenforceable provisions are severed only to the extent permitted by law; a failure to enforce a provision is not automatically a waiver. These terms do not transfer a customer contract to another entity without the required legal and contractual process.
